This is the program framework for a statewide ANCHOR Music Academy course catalog. It combines live Lighthouse teaching, Regional Dock cohorts, home learning, practice assignments and recorded material. The prototype below stores course interest only in this browser; it does not enroll anyone in a real class.

Course anatomy
Every online music course needs more than a video playlist.
During class
Visible agenda, demonstration from multiple camera angles, spoken + written instruction, question channels, breaks, optional observation and clear music goals.
After class
Condensed replay, transcript/captions, chart or stem, practice task, alternate task where needed and feedback that can be read or replayed.
Evidence of learning
Use artifacts that fit the skill: recording, annotated chart, performance clip, project file, equipment setup photo, written plan, peer feedback or observed competency. Do not force every musical skill into a timed multiple-choice quiz.
Access is not extra credit
Extensions, alternative submission formats, reduced-camera participation, written questions and breaks should be built into course operations rather than negotiated in public every week.
