Photos of entrance and room, access route, dimensions, baseline equipment, sound restrictions, bathrooms, water, seating, parking/load-in, contact method and cancellation terms.

“Rehearsal space available” is not enough information. Players need to know whether they can enter it, tolerate it, hear themselves in it, take a break from it, reach a bathroom, get their gear through the door, and understand what changes when another group is using the building.

Describe the room before somebody has to risk a bad first rehearsal.
A Regional Dock, church, school, library, studio, community center or private rehearsal facility could use the same baseline record. “Unknown” is a valid answer during onboarding; pretending a feature exists is not.

Ask every time
Construction, shared events, changed parking, temporary lift failures, HVAC outages, extra security, altered load-in, special lighting or another event that changes the normal sensory environment.
Never infer
Do not label a room “sensory friendly” because it is quiet during a site visit. State observable conditions and let musicians decide whether those conditions fit.
