GEAR LIBRARY · INSTRUMENTS SHOULD MOVE TO THE MUSICIANANCHOR MUSIC ARKANSAS · SYSTEM EDITION
Shared equipmentRepair networkAdaptive setups

An instrument sitting in storage is not access.

The statewide equipment problem is not only buying instruments. It is knowing what exists, where it is, whether it works, who has it, what accessories it needs, how it gets repaired and how it moves between regions.

ANCHOR’s equipment library is designed as a circulation system: donation or purchase → inspection → repair → inventory → assignment → maintenance → return or transfer.

Electronic drums and music equipment
PLAY IT FORWARD
Not every solution is acoustic.Electronic drums, MIDI controllers, headphones, small mixers and adaptive mounts can create routes conventional equipment cannot.
Prototype inventory

What can move through the network.

This demonstration inventory is illustrative—not a claim that ANCHOR currently owns these items. A production inventory would use asset IDs, serials, photos, maintenance history and assigned region.

Connected request

Ask for what makes the project possible.

Requests can attach to a saved band or remain individual. The prototype stores the request on this device and surfaces it in Music Port.

Repair is a program, too

Do not build a graveyard of donated instruments.

Every donated instrument creates future labor. The statewide design therefore needs technician relationships, triage rules, parts budgets and a decision path for items that are unsafe or uneconomical to repair.
