SchoolCommunityFaithVenue
A statewide program does not need to own every room.
Arkansas already has band rooms, church halls, community centers, libraries, college facilities, studios, venues and nonprofit spaces. A Regional Music Dock can coordinate them without pretending every site is the same kind of partner.
The node model defines what a site actually contributes—room, instruction, equipment, performance, referral, training or transportation—and what standards apply to that role.
